First impressions start at the kerb

Buyers judge a house from the listing photos and the walk up the driveway. A clean exterior, roof and driveway make a house look cared for, and it’s one of the cheapest ways to get it photo-ready.

A lot of our work is for people getting ready to sell, and for landlords between tenants. We’ll tell you honestly which areas will make a difference and which can be left.

Timing

Book us in a week or two before the photographer if you can. That leaves time for everything to dry and for any small touch-ups.
