We needed a pre-sale house clean and Adam was open and transparent in his appraisal of the job and what was required. I asked for an honest opinion and got one - although this meant less work and a lower quote. … He turned up on time and provided a first class service. He completed the job and did a few extras that weren’t included in the original brief!
